  • Questions:
Multiple leagues play at my arena. Can I use a single software installation to broadcast with different graphics packages?

  • Questions:
When I start the software, I get the error: “Authorization error! Server unavailable or no Internet connection.” What should I do?
    Answer:
If your Internet connection is working, the issue is most commonly caused by incorrect firewall (or corporate network/proxy) settings that block access to the authorization server.
You can check authorization server connectivity using the following commands:

    bash
    ping vh126.by2010.hb.by
    tracert vh126.by2010.hb.by

Check service availability on port 80 (PowerShell):

    powershell
    tnc services.hockeytek.com -Port 80

If your internet connection is active and you are not using a proxy or third-party antivirus, the issue is likely caused by the built-in Windows Firewall. You need to add the software's executable file to the exceptions list or allow outgoing connections on port 80
